The Pet Dentist of Tampa Bay is accepting resumes for a full time Customer Service Representative for its specialty practice in dentistry and oral/maxillofacial surgery located in Wesley Chapel, FL. The receptionist qualifications include exceptional quality customer service to every client and patient both in person and on the phone, multi-task in a fast paced environment, maintain a high level of organization and communication, answer incoming calls, appropriately schedule appointments and procedures, perform light clerical and records keeping duties, accurately process invoices and payments when services are rendered. Prior veterinary hospital experience and experience with AVImark, Adobe and Word is a plus.
